I have suffered with migraine headaches for many, years. Because of your excellent acupuncture treatments, neck exercises you taught me and the cooling vegetable drinks and fruits you recommended, my headaches have been alleviated. I feel much better and do not get the migraines as often as I used to. I hope in the future to continue with a maintenance program.
